• Act as primary technical contact in customer engagements
• Empower partner systems engineers with coaching and resources
• Review and validate sizing, quotes, and technical architectures
• Coordinate technical enablement events and workshops

📋 Requirements

• Professional B2B experience in a technical support or pre-sales role
• Familiarity with enterprise storage market and IT infrastructure
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong communication and coaching skills
