Partner with product managers, designers, and creative leads to ensure every decision is grounded in deep player understanding.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in data analytics, management consulting, or product management with applied quantitative skills.
• 5+ years specializing in analytics or research.
• 4+ years managing individuals or teams.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and senior leaders.
• Desired: experience in games, live service games, or FPS game dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead an insights team focused on core gameplay: agents, maps, modes, and live balance.
• Coach and develop managers to lead high-impact teams of analysts and researchers.
• Deliver insight-backed guidance on core game systems, progression, monetization, and content strategy.
• Develop holistic understanding of player base through quantitative and qualitative research.
• Elevate insights craft by mentoring senior analysts and partnering with data/engineering teams.
