• Conduct daily property walks to ensure maintenance standards.

• Oversee third-party vendors such as security and janitorial.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality (hotels, retail, restaurant).
• 2+ years of luxury residential leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Yardi CRM, and Office 365.
