💼 About This Role

You'll teach behavioral, social, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting. You'll follow treatment plans and track progress using Central Reach data system. You'll receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Record session notes and behavior data in Central Reach.
• Assist with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes for children.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or CBT certification.
• Experience in child care, teaching, or counseling.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
