💼 About This Role

You'll bridge business and technology for a major digital transformation at Sunrise Farms, covering ERP, WMS/MES, and process governance. You'll facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive consensus and translate complex needs into actionable requirements. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise systems across a leading Canadian poultry company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to uncover needs and build consensus.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise initiatives.
• Document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes aligned with system capabilities.
• Support UAT and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience working on ERP or large enterprise system implementations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with Syspro ERP or other WMS/MES/CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
