• Lead employee relations investigations and outcomes

• Develop training and policy content on People Relations
• Partner with People Team for data-driven solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in employee relations as an ER Specialist or HRBP
• Knowledge of US and UK employment laws
• Experience conducting investigations and conflict resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
