Description

You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and operational roles at Bluefish AI, a fast-growing AI marketing platform. You'll build scalable processes, partner with leadership, and shape employer brand to attract top talent as the company scales.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or startup
• Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and seniority levels
• Strong ability to influence and partner with executives and hiring managers
• Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure from the ground up
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and business roles from sourcing to offer
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Build and manage candidate pipelines using creative sourcing methods
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and negotiate contracts
• Develop employer brand and track recruiting metrics
