Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant administration including payroll and opening/closing procedures
• Manage hourly employees and create systems of accountability
• Provide VIP customer service and respond to feedback
• Conduct DOH walk-throughs and ensure compliance
• Hire, train, supervise, and coach FOH hourly employees
