You'll drive product adoption and retention for SMB and Mid-Market customers in the hospitality tech industry. You'll build strong customer relationships and deliver measurable value through strategic account management and scalable engagement.   • Guide customers through adoption, value realization, and renewal.
  • Identify risks and implement churn prevention strategies.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
  • Engage customers through one-to-one and one-to-many interactions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluency in English and German (C1 or higher).
  • SaaS experience preferred, hospitality industry a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth.

  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, or Gong.
  • Knowledge of PMS platforms and hospitality technology.
