You'll drive product adoption and retention for SMB and Mid-Market customers in the hospitality tech industry. You'll build strong customer relationships and deliver measurable value through strategic account management and scalable engagement. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide customers through adoption, value realization, and renewal.
- Identify risks and implement churn prevention strategies.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
- Engage customers through one-to-one and one-to-many interactions.
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Fluency in English and German (C1 or higher).
- SaaS experience preferred, hospitality industry a plus.
- Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth.
