💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic partner for key customers, ensuring they get guidance and support to succeed. You'll leverage technical knowledge to retain and grow customer deployments on DigitalOcean. This role combines technical account management with leadership and strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and diagram infrastructure architectures tailored to customer use cases
• Conduct regular technical consultation sessions and workshops
• Manage and maintain DigitalOcean's key accounts, driving engagement and growth
• Conduct QBRs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of Linux
• Programming experience in at least one mainstream language like Python or Go
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools and AI/ML infrastructure principles
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), SQL, and database administration
