💼 About This Role

You'll support enclave IT systems for a government client at Ft. Meade. You'll ensure system security and reliability through compliance and vulnerability management. This role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraphs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide Tier 1-3 problem identification and resolution
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows systems
• Perform vulnerability scans and apply security patches
• Support system design and mission architecture

📋 Requirements

• Eight years of IT service management experience
• ITIL 4 platform certification
• Active Directory and identity management experience if in Directory Services
• VDI concepts if in Desktop & Enclave Services

• Computing Environment certification (Microsoft or CentOS/Red Hat)
• IAT Level 2 certification
