💼 About This Role

You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments at a scaling growth-stage software company. You'll partner with hiring managers to build teams while leveraging AI-assisted hiring tools. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in downtown Toronto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer
• Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct targeted outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Build recruitment reports and dashboards in Ashby

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar modern ATS
• Experience recruiting for technical roles like Software Engineers
• Track record of managing multiple open roles simultaneously

• In-house recruiting experience at a tech or SaaS company
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
