You'll serve as a trusted advisor to retail leaders while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales. This role offers the opportunity to shape operational excellence for a leading grocery technology platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise retail accounts using Caper's in-store AI solutions
- Serve as trusted advisor to retail managers and directors on store operations
- Support end-to-end deployments from pilot through nationwide scale
- Quantify ROI and present outcomes to retailer stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting for B2B technology
- 3+ years supporting enterprise retail clients
- Hands-on experience with in-store retail technology (POS, computer vision, smart carts)
- Proficiency with CRM and success tooling (Salesforce, Gainsight)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML or computer vision products in retail
- SQL proficiency with Looker or Tableau
- Experience scaling from pilot to 50+ store deployments
