  • Own a portfolio of enterprise retail accounts using Caper's in-store AI solutions
  • Serve as trusted advisor to retail managers and directors on store operations
  • Support end-to-end deployments from pilot through nationwide scale
  • Quantify ROI and present outcomes to retailer stakeholders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting for B2B technology
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise retail clients
  • Hands-on experience with in-store retail technology (POS, computer vision, smart carts)
  • Proficiency with CRM and success tooling (Salesforce, Gainsight)

  • Experience with AI/ML or computer vision products in retail
  • SQL proficiency with Looker or Tableau
  • Experience scaling from pilot to 50+ store deployments
