🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve KPIs including OTD, FPY, DPU, and safety incidents.
• Oversee daily production activities for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage and develop cross-functional production team.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs (cycle time, FPY, DPU, cost).
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• PMP, APICS, or CPIM certification.
