This role offers exposure to Fortune 1000 and mid-market organizations.

• Exceed quarterly and annual targets for acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Consult with stakeholders to understand workforce upskilling and reskilling needs.
• Prospect and maintain a robust pipeline targeting Fortune 1000 and mid-market organizations.
• Develop executive-level account strategies aligned with customer workforce transformation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated experience with new business, renewal and upgrade forecasting.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and sales cycle stages.

✨ Nice to Have

• Sales experience in a technology-oriented field.
• Familiarity with MEDDPIC is preferred.
