You will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict, engaging with clients and conducting key litigation activities such as depositions, mediations, and trials. This role offers a supportive environment with dedicated office space and support staff, enabling you to focus on advocacy.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law
• Active and in good standing with your State Bar
• Currently located in the state where the job is posted
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases
• Maintain proactive communication with clients
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations
• Develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
