🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategy for healthcare organizations and aggregators.
• Conduct strategic research on potential partners and market trends.
• Track partnership pipeline progress and flag next steps for team members.
• Draft and negotiate partnership documents including MOUs and SOWs.

📋 Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in partnership development, strategic sales, or relationship management.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or self-directed ownership role.
• Experience in healthcare, public health, or non-profit sector (highly preferred).
