💼 About This Role

You'll lead PermitFlow's operations organization, overseeing a large team delivering permitting outcomes for customers. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale operational workflows and drive automation. This role is critical as the company builds AI infrastructure for the construction industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale PermitFlow's core operations organization.
• Manage a team of Operations Managers and Operations Leads.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to onboard customers.
• Own customer operations to ensure high-quality service and retention.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify automation opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 7–12+ years of operations experience.
• 3–4 years in senior leadership managing managers and large teams.
• Experience scaling operations in a high-growth startup or tech-enabled services company.
• Managing teams at 100+ people scale.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplaces, services businesses, or tech-enabled operations.
• Experience implementing automation or AI in operational workflows.
• Exposure to construction, permitting, or real estate development.
