- Own full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain pipeline through outbound outreach and partnerships
- Develop consultative sales strategies for client challenges
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
๐ Requirements
- Enterprise or strategic B2B sales experience in fintech/payments/SaaS
- Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Consultative selling and negotiation skills

- Experience in payments or financial infrastructure
- Familiarity with remote-first sales environments
- Knowledge of Portuguese for Brazil market
