💼 About This Role

You'll design user experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet for Sleeper, the leading platform connecting friends over sports. You'll collaborate with a tight-knit design team, take ownership of design execution, and contribute to our design system while receiving mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet
• Collaborate with designers in ideation sessions and receive mentorship
• Participate in design critiques with team and stakeholders
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for engineering

📋 Requirements

• Graduation date of Summer 2026 or earlier (or entry-level experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing passion and foundations in design
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design fundamentals

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in HCI, web/media design, human-centered or UI/UX design
• Experience with fantasy sports, daily fantasy, or sports betting
