๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the first face visitors see and keep our office running smoothly. Greet clients, coordinate schedules, manage supplies, and support events. This role is based in our Playa Vista facility and is key to a welcoming workplace for a fast-growing aerospace startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and vendors
- Order and set up catering for meetings and events
- Stock and maintain break room food at both locations
- Manage conference room bookings and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate with vendors for service and support needs
๐ Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Friendly and professional interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using office tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
