Description
You will be a trusted partner to strategic accounts, driving customer value and business outcomes by defining success plans, growing accounts, and championing the customer perspective within the company. Your insights will shape the product roadmap, and you'll collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while becoming an expert in decarbonization.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- At least 5 years in management consulting, customer success, or operations/strategy at a fast-growing startup
- Experience in commodities, manufacturing, or sustainability
- Comfortable working from Camden, London office with the team
- Ability to work with diverse teams and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted partner to strategic accounts, driving value and successful outcomes
- Define customer success plans and identify opportunities to grow accounts
- Win Executive Sponsors and cultivate Adoption Champions
- Proactively anticipate customer challenges and create remedial plans to avoid churn
- Define, map, and implement customer lifecycle touch points
