You'll lead and scale a team of Forward Deployed Engineers working with strategic AI partners and Fortune 500 clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers
• Serve as technical partner to researchers and internal teams
• Build operating system for intake, triage, and prioritization
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Research, and Operations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a customer-facing or field engineering role
• Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers
• Proven track record managing FDE or solutions engineering teams

• Deep understanding of distributed systems and backend architecture
• Experience partnering with operations-heavy organizations
