💼 About This Role

You'll design AI-powered automation solutions for HR and Finance functions during a 12-month engagement. You'll independently drive projects end-to-end, directly impacting employee experience and operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain an AI-powered HR chatbot for employee queries
• Automate repetitive HR tasks like leave tracking and onboarding checklists
• Design automated workflows to surface key HR metrics to stakeholders
• Automate finance workflows such as invoice processing and expense categorization

📋 Requirements

• B.Tech degree in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related branch
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools (projects, hackathons, internships)
• Working knowledge of Python — write scripts, use libraries, debug independently
• Strong understanding of at least one AI/ML concept (LLMs, NLP, classification, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini)
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Botpress, Flowise)
• A GitHub profile or portfolio with public projects
