You'll design and manage global GTM operating rhythms as part of OpenAI's Go To Market Strategy & Operations team. You'll drive data-driven insights that guide GTM leadership and improve operational efficiency. This central role shapes global processes rather than supporting a single business partner.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design, build, and manage operating rhythms (forecasting, pipeline council, reviews).
- Conduct strategic analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership on go-to-market strategy and resource planning.
- Lead strategic projects to improve revenue organization efficiency.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth tech company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools.
- Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas.
- Exceptional project management skills with cross-functional initiatives.
