💼 About This Role

You'll develop sourcing strategies for middle+ roles in a fast-growing product company with 30+ AI-first products. You'll partner with hiring managers to build strong teams. This role offers the chance to help build the sourcing function and test out-of-the-box approaches with full support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop sourcing strategies for various grades and directions.
• Automate work using modern tools and AI.
• Collaborate with hiring team for transparent hiring process.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through quality communication.
• Track metrics and implement data-driven changes.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sourcing experience, ideally in product company.
• Experience closing both technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience with sourcing automation tools.
• Understanding of recruitment analytics and data-driven decisions.
• English at least Intermediate level.
