🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vision and strategy for Solution Consulting in Marketplace Pod
• Supervise and mentor a team of Solution Consultants
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executives on strategies
• Own long-term technical strategy and day-to-day operations

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution consulting or product management
• Deep understanding of marketplace and gig market challenges and regulations
• Proven track record of building and leading teams to KPIs
• Familiarity with risk management solutions and data analytics tools
