💼 About This Role

You'll design and ship impactful products for medical providers across Women's health, Oncology and Organ Health as part of Natera's UX Design Research team. Your core impact will be creating workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that capture solutions to product requirements. You will also elevate Natera's Design Practice by defining metrics and growing the Design System.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship impactful products
• Create workflows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct User Research to identify friction points
• Support engineering partners throughout development lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in UI/UX Design
• A portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects you are proud of
• Contributed to and used Design Systems at scale
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications

• Experience in healthcare or bio-tech
• Conducted User Research with sensitive populations
• Collaborated closely with Product Managers and Software Developers
