As a Senior Communications Designer at Initiative, you will help strategize and produce media plans for top brands like Nike and Amazon. You'll analyze consumer and market intelligence, contribute to communications architecture, and support the team with actionable insights, all while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Experience in integrated planning role (media, publisher, or communications)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop strong client, colleague, and vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute to communications plan development and deliver communications ideas
• Manage client asset audit for OESP planning
• Provide audience and communications intelligence using syndicated tools
• Work with media vendors to identify relevant opportunities
• Support Communication Design Directors with research and insights
