💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning and analysis for Operations and Innovation at Yerba Madre, a pioneer in regenerative yerba mate. You'll drive cost management strategies and partner with senior leadership to optimize supply chain and product profitability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning processes for Operations, including forecasting and budgeting
• Develop financial models for contracts, capital expenditures, and operational investments
• Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to support data-driven decisions
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards tracking financial performance and cost savings

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of management experience with a proven track record
• Minimum 8 years in a Finance position
• Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years food industry experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish
