You'll lead teams building and deploying AI agents for customer experiences at Siena, an intelligence layer for CX. You'll shape the platform roadmap by surfacing what breaks and what unlocks value for strategic customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team building production-grade AI agents handling millions of conversations
• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts
• Surface platform priorities from deployment learnings and customer feedback
• Coach engineers and partner with recruiting to hire top talent

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading engineering teams building end-to-end production systems
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems including agent orchestration and RAG pipelines
• Proven ability to translate customer business needs into technical deliverables
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production at scale
• Background as a founder or engineering lead in a startup
• Familiarity with modern agent tooling like LangChain and eval frameworks
