💼 About This Role

You'll support Lyft's global equity function, including execution, international expansion, and building critical infrastructure for equity programs. You'll partner cross-functionally to design and deliver world-class programs with a focus on compliance, tax, mobility, and employee education. This role offers the chance to drive long-term strategy in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer global equity programs including awards, grants, exercises, and cancellations.
• Drive system automation on Schwab Equiview, Workday, and ADP platforms.
• Develop and deliver employee education programs on equity mechanics and financial wellness.
• Support SOX compliance and build efficiencies around key controls.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of stock plan administration experience with public companies globally.
• Experience partnering with Total Rewards teams and international equity plans.
• Proven ability to handle equity plan integration in M&A.
• Very strong Excel skills required.

✨ Nice to Have

• CEP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Schwab Equiview platform.
• Deep knowledge of equity accounting and international jurisdictions.
