Description

You will ensure the success of Redpanda customers by running workshops, onboarding, and designing production-ready streaming architectures. You'll build integrations, create content, and partner with product and engineering teams to solve customer challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role with distributed systems
• Experience creating blog content or documentation on production use cases
• Consulting skills, ability to context switch between teams and customers
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, and Javascript
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra, or similar

Responsibilities

• Build new partner integrations, use cases, and automation with customers
• Onboard new customers and drive their success and excellence
• Design production-ready streaming architectures meeting performance, reliability, and scalability requirements
• Partner with product management, engineering, and support to solve customer challenges
• Build reusable tooling and automation for multiple customers
