💼 About This Role

You'll own multiple search processes and source passive candidates for Kiddom's Product, Design and Engineering team. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies and partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines for a rapidly scaling educational platform. This role requires in-person work in our San Francisco HQ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own multiple search processes from requirements to pipeline management
• Proactively research and create innovative sourcing strategies
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and boolean searches
• Screen candidates for qualifications and present leads to hiring managers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years as a Technical Recruiter scaling growth companies
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and boolean search strings
• Tech savvy with deep knowledge of the technology industry
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATSs and CMSs
