🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, owning day-to-day execution of the roadmap.
• Serve as hands-on technical leader with expertise in TypeScript, React, or Elixir.
• Champion AI-assisted development workflows to improve velocity and quality.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure well-tested, maintainable features.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams of 4-6 engineers.
• Strong expertise building frontend with React and TypeScript or backend with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Experience with relational databases, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience with DevOps practices including infrastructure management and deployments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building GraphQL APIs with Apollo Client and Absinthe.
• Experience with Vercel and Next.js.
• DevOps experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
