You'll lead a team of 8 Sales Executives in the NAM market, optimizing scalable sales processes and driving consistent deal closure. You'll contribute to Perk's growth while developing junior sales talent through structured onboarding, training, and performance management. This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-volume sales team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Establish and optimise scalable sales processes for a team of Sales Executives.
- Conduct structured weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
- Develop monthly performance metrics and development objectives.
- Create comprehensive onboarding programs for new salespeople.
- Provide accurate forecasts and analytical insights.

- 3-5+ years of proven quarter-over-quarter sales success.
- Experience managing sales teams preferred.
- Proven track record creating scalable sales processes.
- Data-driven approach to performance management.
- Strong training and development skills for junior talent.
