Description

You will provide HR support to team members across the AMER region, maintaining our HRIS, processing new hires and benefits, and partnering with managers on people strategy. This role offers the chance to shape a global HR function in a distributed work environment, with opportunities for growth and international travel.

Requirements

• Track record of exceptional achievement from high school and graduate studies
• Internship experience in HR/People team preferred, ideally in tech
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• High level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain HRIS with high accuracy and timeliness
• Own global projects such as engagement and training initiatives
• Process new hires and country-specific onboarding
• Support benefits enrollment and payroll coordination
