Description
In this role, you will collaborate with sales and executive leadership to optimize revenue processes, drive analysis for forecasting and pipeline health, and manage CRM and revenue tech stack. You will translate strategic goals into actionable tooling and automation to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Advanced Excel/GSheets and SQL skills
- Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator (Salesforce required)
- Superb communication and personal organization
- Ability to balance speed and durability/scalability in solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales unit leaders and executive leadership to define and manage end-to-end revenue process
- Design and document standardized processes for lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales activities
- Provide regular forecasting support and conduct deep-dive analysis on pipeline health, sales productivity, and campaign effectiveness
- Serve as second administrator for CRM (Salesforce), including configuration, customization, data integrity, and security
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across revenue-related functions
