💼 About This Role

You'll join a multidisciplinary team providing evidenced-based mental health care in a hybrid outpatient setting. Your focus remains on patient care while dedicated teams handle administrative tasks. You'll have the autonomy to set your own schedule and build a caseload aligned with your interests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to children or adults
• Collaborate with therapists, neuropsychologists, and PMHNPs
• Integrate psychotherapy into practice as desired
• Participate in Grand Rounds and consult hours

📋 Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain)

• Interest in integrating psychotherapy into practice
• Experience with TMS and innovative therapies
• Interest in supervising newly graduated PMHNPs
