Description

In this role, you will partner with the CEO of MongoDB to shape and execute communications across internal, customer, and investor audiences. You'll draft speeches, scripts, and presentations, and translate complex product and financial data into compelling narratives that reinforce the company's strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or investor relations in high-growth tech
• Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; public company experience preferred
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to capture and adapt an executive's voice across formats
• Strong visual instincts and ability to storyboard complex concepts into presentations
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor moving from outline to polished draft quickly

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute communications across internal, customer, and investor audiences
• Develop and maintain a clear, consistent narrative across key company moments including earnings, All Hands, and .local
• Draft speeches, scripts, talking points, presentations, and internal communications in the CEO's authentic voice
• Translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives for keynote decks and executive presentations
• Align messaging and execution across CMO, Chief of Staff, Investor Relations, and cross-functional teams
