💼 About This Role

You'll join Head-Royce School as a full-time Math teacher for grades 6-8, teaching pre-Algebra through Geometry. You'll also serve as an advisor and contribute to our mission of academic excellence and culturally responsive education. This role offers the chance to teach computer science and participate in outdoor education trips.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach pre-Algebra through Geometry to middle school students
• Serve as an advisor to a small group of students
• Design lessons using Understanding by Design (UbD)
• Participate in an outdoor education trip for 3-4 nights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related field
• 2-5 years minimum teaching experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of culturally responsive teaching
• Experience teaching middle school learners
