Description

You will lead end-to-end design for patient, clinical, and growth-focused initiatives, conducting user research and translating insights into elegant, data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and help establish design culture and processes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience including consumer experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and systems thinking
• Experience designing for complex workflows or multi-sided platforms
• Hands-on user research skills
• Data-informed problem solving using metrics and experiments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for patient, clinical, and growth initiatives
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research

• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
• Partner with Product to run experiments and drive product roadmap
