💼 About This Role

You'll train and develop hunter sales teams focused on insurance products at a leading financial institution. You'll drive onboarding and continuous improvement to boost sales performance and time-to-productivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Structure and update sales processes, tools, and scripts.
  • Plan and conduct onboarding for new sellers.
  • Create training materials, manuals, FAQs, and career tracks.
  • Organize workshops and refresher sessions on prospecting techniques.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as a trainer or coach for hunter sales teams.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance products (life, etc.).
  • Experience with structured commercial onboarding.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking rituals.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of LMS platforms.
  • Experience with certification and development tracks.
  • Familiarity with high-scalability operations.
