You will provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support, at client sites and remotely. Your role involves analyzing business processes, recommending technological solutions, and troubleshooting Banner Student AR module issues to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in higher education industry
• 5+ years experience with Ellucian Banner Student AR module
• Experience leading Banner Student AR implementation at a college or university
• Functional experience with Fee Assessment tools in Banner
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Provide Banner implementation services including training and functional consulting
• Analyze business processes and recommend technological solutions
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in Banner Student AR module
• Lead strategic implementation of Banner Student AR functionality
• Transform and automate business processes in Bursar or Cashier's office
