You'll lead the strategy and execution of Okta Privileged Access (OPA), a high-impact product area. You'll bridge traditional enterprise security needs with modern cloud infrastructure requirements. This role offers career-defining work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Define multi-year product vision and strategy for OPA.
• Drive hands-on execution of product specs and architecture discussions.
• Partner with customers and sales in high-stakes engagements.
• Align cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing.

📋 Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in either Traditional PAM (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust) or Modern Infrastructure (e.g., HashiCorp, Teleport).
• 5+ years experience managing Product Managers.
• Hands-on skills with SSH, RDP, Kubernetes, or Secrets Management.
• 10+ years of total PM experience in Security or Identity space.

✨ Nice to Have

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• MBA is a plus.
