📋 Requirements

• Degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• Extensive experience building and scaling development teams
• Proven delivery of user-facing features
• Technical expertise in driving engineering best practices

• Experience with Python/Django
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decisions
• Experience in EdTech or marketplace platforms
