You'll own the QA/QC program for data center construction projects from foundation to final turnover. You'll be on-site, verifying work meets specifications and code requirements. This role offers long-term travel and the chance to shape quality culture at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement site-specific QA/QC program for data center construction.
  • Create and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all trades.
  • Conduct ongoing field inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specs.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
  • Coordinate third-party inspections and testing for critical systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA/QC experience on commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Direct experience developing and executing ITPs and managing NCR/deficiency tracking.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and building codes (IBC, NEC).
  • Experience coordinating third-party and special inspections per AHJ requirements.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Prior QA/QC experience on data center or mission-critical facility construction.
  • Familiarity with commissioning protocols (Cx) and functional performance testing.
  • Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management platforms.
