๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the QA/QC program for data center construction projects from foundation to final turnover. You'll be on-site, verifying work meets specifications and code requirements. This role offers long-term travel and the chance to shape quality culture at a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and implement site-specific QA/QC program for data center construction.
- Create and execute Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all trades.
- Conduct ongoing field inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specs.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions.
- Coordinate third-party inspections and testing for critical systems.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience on commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Direct experience developing and executing ITPs and managing NCR/deficiency tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and building codes (IBC, NEC).
- Experience coordinating third-party and special inspections per AHJ requirements.
โจ Nice to Have
- Prior QA/QC experience on data center or mission-critical facility construction.
- Familiarity with commissioning protocols (Cx) and functional performance testing.
- Experience with Procore or equivalent construction management platforms.
