• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for Commercial teams
• Adapt facilitation to regional, cultural, and audience contexts
• Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and development needs
• Track and report training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance signals

📋 Requirements

• Facilitation experience delivering training to adult learners
• Needs assessment and stakeholder consultation skills
• Ability to synthesize Voice of Customer insights into training recommendations
