🎯 What You'll Do

• Define roadmap and success metrics with Product and Design
• Own technical strategy and architecture for services and APIs
• Drive delivery practices: planning, prioritisation, and execution
• Guide design reviews and raise engineering quality standards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java 17+, Kotlin, Spring/Spring Boot
• Expert knowledge of microservices and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka)
• Hands-on experience with GCP/AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building scalable growth features (referral systems, dynamic funnels)
• Background in A/B testing frameworks and data analytics
• Familiarity with AI & LLMs for personalization
