💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Head of Accounting at Boulder Care, a digital clinic for addiction medicine. You'll own financial operations, ensuring accurate GAAP reporting, strong internal controls, and audit/tax compliance. This role prepares the company for scale, supporting debt/equity financing and building infrastructure for high-growth healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accurate GAAP financial statements
• Design and implement internal controls and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Lead audit readiness and tax compliance, serving as primary liaison with external auditors
• Support debt and equity financing activities and build scalable accounting systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership roles
• CPA strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industry
